Yes, the Czech maturita is the equivalent of British A‑Levels, and I will translate your maturitní vysvědčení as an A‑Level Report. ENIC who specialise in comparing foreign qualifications also recognises the Czech maturita as equivalent to A‑Levels. Prestigious UK universities, including the University of Cambridge, likewise require Czech applicants to have completed the maturita (see the official entry requirements on their website here).
I need proof of A-Levels for my employer. Will your translation of maturita be accepted?

Yes, my translation will be a certified translation and will meet all criteria required by UK authorities.
Will your translation be bound together with the original document?
Unlike in the Czech Republic, translations in the UK do not need to be physically bound to the original document. Most UK authorities require the original translation to be presented together with the original document, but they do not need to be attached. In the UK, the tricolour ribbon binding used in the Czech Republic does not exist.
What does an official certified translation of a Czech maturitní vysvědčení into English look like?
An official certified translation of a Czech maturitní vysvědčení into English includes a translator’s certification statement stating that the translation is, to the best of their knowledge and belief, a complete, true and accurate translation of the original Czech document. The translation is stamped, dated and signed, and includes the translator’s contact details and qualifications. This is the standard procedure, and such certified translations are accepted by all UK authorities.
